Bowflex is one of the popular product for this criteria. You have to expect that you have to pay between 1500 dollars to 2000 dollars for thee home gyms. I will give this a 4 out of 10 review score.
The third on my list will the inexpensive but very effective as compared to that of an expensive ones. This rely mostly on the elastic bands and produce resistance. The resistance bands are used along with proper anchoring systems and quality systems. The good thing about these bands is that you can easily put them in the bag since it is portable. Bodylastics is what they call the top home gym that sells resistance band. The cost ranges from $50 to $100 and the system will produce up to 250lbs of resistance. For my home gym reviews, I will give it a perfect score.
Out of the three systems, I will highly recommend a home gym that would rely mostly on resistance band. It does not matter whether the person who is going to use is a beginner or have years of training, the resistance band is the most effective out of the three systems that I have reviewed. The good thing about resistance band is that it is long lasting and it has no injuries. With the resistance band it is effective in building flexibility and are also used in sports training and in martial arts.
